Job Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Sonographer with IVF, gynecology, and obstetrics to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-centered, high-quality fertility care environment using advanced technology and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform gynecological, obstetric, and fertility-related ultrasound examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols and physician requirements.
- Conduct IVF-related scans, including baseline assessments, follicular monitoring, endometrial measurements, and early pregnancy ultrasounds.
- Accurately document findings, measurements, and reports in the clinical system in a timely and compliant manner.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and clear communication throughout all diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and embryology teams to support informed clinical decision-making.
- Adhere strictly to infection control, patient safety, and ultrasound equipment maintenance standards.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Stay up to date with best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving standards in women’s health and fertility ultrasound.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support continuous clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sonography/Ultrasound/Radiology Technology is mandatory.
- DOH license as Radiographer/Sonographer (mandatory)
- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience of minimum 2- 3 years in IVF/Reproductive Medicine and Gynecological ultrasound.
- Strong expertise in TVS, follicular tracking, and fertility monitoring.
- Ability to identify uterine and pelvic pathologies affecting fertility.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Should have experience in dealing with pregnancy monitoring and detailed ultrasound.
