About This Role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Solutions Presales Expert to join our remote team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process through technical consultation, solution presentations, and client engagement to help deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities Presales Consultation & Client Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and project goals
  • Engage with prospective clients to provide technical guidance and solution recommendations
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional and consultative communication

**Solution Development & Strategy**

  • Analyze customer challenges and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and solution designs
  • Translate technical concepts into clear and understandable business solutions
  • Support solution planning and alignment with customer expectations and operational requirements

**Collaboration & Sales Enablement**

  • Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide internal teams with product insights, technical expertise, and customer feedback
  • Support the development of sales materials, case studies, and presentations
  • Contribute to improving customer engagement and presales strategies

**Reporting & Process Improvement**

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and solution activities
  • Track presales performance and assist with reporting and forecasting activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve presales workflows and operational efficiency
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, technical platforms, or sales support tools is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical certifications are a plus
