  • We are seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to lead solution development, customer engagement, and business solution strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, product teams, and technical experts to design effective solutions, drive successful implementations, and support business growth.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage solution strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate business challenges into effective solutions
  • Lead solution design, proposal development, and solution presentation activities
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to create customer-focused solutions
  • Manage solution lifecycle from discovery and design through implementation and optimization
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to identify opportunities
  • Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations
  • Define solution value propositions, business cases, and implementation approaches
  • Monitor solution performance, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare solution reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions management, consulting, business development, product management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing complex solutions, client engagements, or cross-functional projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of solution design, business analysis, and customer-focused strategy
  • Experience working with sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop business solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with CRM platforms, solution management tools, and business analytics tools is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
