About This Role

Our client, a fast-growing AI solutions company based in Dubai, is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to take ownership of the technical implementation and delivery function. This role is focused on translating client requirements into fully deployed AI systems across voice AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and custom-built AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ownership, fast execution, and building real AI systems in production, and who is excited to help establish and scale the implementation function within a rapidly growing AI business.

The successful candidate will operate across the full implementation lifecycle, including pre-sales solution design, hands-on system build, integration, and end-to-end deployment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map client systems, workflows, and integration requirements (including CRMs, APIs, and telephony systems)
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture for AI voice agents, chat systems, and automation workflows
  • Build and configure AI agents, prompts, and automation logic
  • Lead implementation projects from initial kickoff through to successful go-live
  • Develop client-facing roadmaps, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and vertical-specific demo assets
  • Support pre-sales efforts through technical scoping and solution presentations
  • Build scalable, repeatable implementation frameworks and reusable delivery assets

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with

APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations (must have real delivery experience, not theoretical knowledge)

  • Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear technical implementation plans
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent configuration
  • Strong professional communication skills with enterprise clients
  • Structured, ownership-driven approach to delivery and execution
  • Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, WhatsApp Business API, or telephony systems
  • Experience with voice AI or conversational AI platforms
  • Background in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting
