Responsibilities

• Support the Sales department in lead and product demonstration calls.
• Manage the post-sales cycle and provide technical customer support through audit reviews.
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope.
• Help engineers create practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and present them to team members.
• Analyze company technologies to identify and mitigate gaps in processes and cycles.
• Document and monitor requirements for updates related to customer experience.
• Work with sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
• Anticipate project challenges or constraints and proactively manage them.
• Create and deliver product training webinars.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenter.

Required qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
• Understanding of best practices for system security measures.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
• Understanding of the sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Working conditions

• The role may require travel to company offices or property locations.
• Duties may involve occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing, and handling objects or tools.
• The role may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.
