Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and operate AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Support reliability of large-scale AI clusters through performance monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Manage services from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
• Monitor availability, latency, and system health while optimizing service performance to meet requirements and SLAs.
• Provide internal feedback through bug reports, workarounds, and improvement suggestions.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant technical field.
• At least five years of professional experience with networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, and data center architecture.
• Proficiency with LAN configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting in medium- to large-scale HPC or AI environments.
• Advanced knowledge of EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, and EOS.
• Experience automating network provisioning with Ansible, Salt, and Python and developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong customer focus, self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, and English communication skills.

Ways To Stand Out

• Experience with NVIDIA Spectrum networking in large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud networks.
• Experience with InfiniBand or RoCE fabrics in HPC or AI environments.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, containerized microservices, Slurm, PBS, or high-performance computing architectures.
• Knowledge of cluster management, GPU-focused hardware and software, NVIDIA DGX, CUDA, or Network/GPU Operator.
