About the opportunity

Where you will make an impact

• Translate institutional objectives, operating models, and student-lifecycle outcomes into future-state SIS solutions.
• Own end-to-end functional and technical architecture, including integrations and data considerations.
• Lead discovery, design, alignment, and assurance workshops; make recommendations and challenge non-standard requirements.
• Align capability streams covering admissions, curriculum, registration, progression, graduation, integrations, reporting, and data.
• Validate designs with Product, Architecture, Integration, Delivery, and Project Management teams.
• Set design principles, reusable patterns, guardrails, and assurance checkpoints; govern implementation and change decisions.
• Improve delivery with standardization, automation, reusable assets, templates, and responsible AI-assisted methods.
• Create reusable playbooks, accelerators, and solution patterns; serve as principal liaison and represent Services in forums.
• Mentor capability-stream consultants and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess value and recommend improvements.

What you will bring

• At least 7 years in higher education, SIS/ERP, professional services, or enterprise architecture, including at least 5 years in technical or functional roles.
• SIS or comparable higher-education experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience translating strategic and business requirements into solutions across complex ERP, SIS, and/or CRM environments.
• Middle East experience, ideally GCC, Levant, or Egypt, is preferred; broader international experience is beneficial.
• Customer-facing consulting across multiple organizations and strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, technical-management, and documentation skills.
• Responsible adoption of new tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Enterprise architecture or modelling expertise is advantageous; TOGAF or similar, ArchiMate, BPMN 2.0, and BizzDesign familiarity are advantageous.
• Deep understanding of higher-education operating models, SIS processes, applications, data, integrations, and technology.
• Strong cross-functional problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, commercial and delivery judgment, software lifecycle knowledge, communication, planning, and collaboration.
