Job Scope
The Solutions Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization s business needs and determining how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware or infrastructure.
S/he determines, develops and improves technical solutions in support of business goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare and document testing requirements
- Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations
- Build and migrate software and services across the organization
- Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products
- Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
Education
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any other related field
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity.
- This is a Solution Architect-focused role, responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with customer business and technical requirements.
- Strong technical architecture, solution design, and customer consulting experience are essential.
- Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as this is a client-facing role.
- Ability to engage with enterprise customers, gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive solution adoption.
