The role

Solutions Architects work with clients to implement solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and customer experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Assess client business and technical requirements and propose solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical vision and guide execution aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including statements of work.
  • Lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment against quality and performance standards.
  • Educate and mentor remote teams on solution designs and best practices.
  • Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of client-facing development experience, emphasizing solution architecture and design.
  • Experience partnering with financial institutions and integrating banking systems.
  • Front-end proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; back-end proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile development cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Passion for building with AI and using modern AI tools to automate workflows, optimize processes, and turn ideas into working systems.

Bonus qualifications

  • Contact center, telephony or VoIP, financial services, or healthcare technology experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with serverless, AI, big data, or other emerging enterprise technologies is a bonus.
  • Relevant cloud platform or solution architecture certifications are a bonus.
