Solutions Architect

Abu Dhabi (Relocation Required & Fully Supported)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to assess customer needs and design software architectures that close the gap between client requirements and the core platform.
• Lead discussions with infrastructure and development teams to define and schedule required changes, working closely with the scrum master, engineering leads, and product owner.
• Continuously review system architecture to anticipate and mitigate the impact of future updates on existing deployments.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring delivery of the most effective and scalable technical solutions.
• Optionally contribute to the development of software and infrastructure components required to implement tailored solutions.

Core Skills (must have)

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer
• **Strong troubleshooting experience in customer environments and cloud settings**
• Proficiency in agile project management using Jira and Confluence
• **Experience integrating complex systems with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)**
• 5+ years of backend software development experience
• Optional Skills (nice to have)
• Programming experience in Java or Kotlin
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform or similar tools
• Cloud engineering certifications from GCP, AWS, Azure, or HashiCorp
