Seeking a Corporate Solutions Analyst to analyze business requirements and operational challenges and support effective corporate solutions.

The role works with management, clients, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

Analyze business requirements, operational processes, organizational challenges, and business data to identify improvements and support planning and decisions.
Develop analyses, reports, presentations, recommendations, business cases, and proposals for corporate initiatives.
Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into practical solutions; support solution, process, and improvement initiative design and implementation.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance performance, automate workflows, and standardize processes.
Conduct market, competitor, industry, and business performance analysis when required; monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, HR, and other teams on cross-functional projects.
Assist with project planning, requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and implementation.
Monitor project and solution performance, identify corrective actions, maintain business and project records, and support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and company policies.

Proven experience in business analysis, corporate solutions, consulting, operations, strategy, or a related role.
Strong understanding of business processes, organizational operations, and performance analysis.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to gather requirements and translate needs into practical solutions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities; able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar are an advantage.
Process mapping, workflow analysis, project management, or business transformation experience is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related areas are an advantage.
