Solution Specialist

SOOR is looking for a Solution, Specialist to support solution design, system integration, and implementation activities across advanced infrastructure and security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating systems with existing platforms.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of solutions.
• Maintain solution documentation.
• Support solution design, system integration, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical solutions, systems integration, or support roles.
• Good understanding of system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency level: Intermediate
