Overview
**Role Overview:** The Solution Governance Analyst supports the design, maintenance, and monitoring of governance frameworks and compliance metrics and KPIs across our AI and Agentic solutions.
Working under the direct supervision of the Solution Governance Specialist and Automation Lead. this role ensures that systems, data, and processes align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards; translating compliance obligations into practical operational controls.

**Key Responsibilities**
1.
Maintain up to date logics for all Agentic and AI Model Metrics and KPIs
2.
Run Production ready Agents and Flows under the internal governed policies, in addition to enforcing the pre-deployment and post deployment checks
3.
Enforce version control, traceability, security, and RAI policies across code repositories, including access permissions, branch protection, and change approval workflows
4.
Conduct periodic reviews and logs to ensure repository access reflects current role-based privileges
5.
Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) policies across all applicable platforms, ensuring account segregation standards are met.
6.
Track review cycles and manage timely renewals, approvals, and acknowledgements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI Models, and Automated Agents, IAM concepts (i.e. MFA, SSO)
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and written communication skills
- 1 to 2 years in compliance / governance, or IT security
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills / Working across teams
- A plus to have:
- Familiarity with healthcare and claims fields
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST frameworks
• Cloud Security Awareness
- Familiarity with AI Modelling Metrics and Evaluation
