Solution Engineer — Agentic Platform

About the role

What you’ll do

• Understand customer use cases and design Agentic Platform solutions on Intel hardware.
• Run customer-site technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Support platform setup, integration, production rollout, and troubleshooting with engineering teams.
• Bridge Arabic-speaking stakeholders and Intel’s distributed engineering organization.
• Produce customer-facing technical content in Arabic and English and relay field feedback to the platform team.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions or pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or engineering-focused support.
• Read and write code in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of cloud, Linux, and APIs; able to guide integrations, debug deployments, and read logs.
• Fluent Arabic and English; able to lead meetings, present technical content, and write documentation in either language.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach; willing to travel in Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic SDKs, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud; Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, or consulting firm operating in MENA.

Work model

• Eligible for a hybrid work model with time split between an assigned Intel site and off-site work.
• Customer-site visits and travel within Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel across the GCC, are part of the role.
