Solution Engineer — Agentic Platform

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to deliver optimized AI solutions.
• Research technical trends and develop AI software, including open-source libraries and models.
• Optimize AI model performance using AI frameworks, algorithms, and hardware.
• Adjust AI models, code, and parameters to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Partner with algorithm and framework engineers to optimize end-to-end models for Intel hardware.
• Advise customers and partners and provide technical enablement support.
• Work with software and hardware teams to accelerate and optimize future AI and HPC products.
• Deliver competitive benchmark materials and inform product requirements with key workloads.

Minimum qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree plus 0–1 years of hands-on domain experience demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or training; or a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of AI model optimization techniques and hardware acceleration.
• Familiarity with AI programming languages including Python or C++.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Passion for learning about emerging AI technologies.
