As a Senior Solution Advisor , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Serving as a Canadian workflow and product subject matter expert for 360 Encompass implementations, adoption, and optimization.

Advising customers on current-state and future-state workflows for coding, CDI, data quality, reporting, and operational improvement.

Supporting project teams with customer workflow decisions, configuration recommendations, adoption planning, and change management.

Leading customer-facing demonstrations, workflow design sessions, readiness discussions, training strategy, and post-go-live optimization reviews.

Supporting Canadian customer success through adoption metrics, reporting insights, best-practice recommendations, and executive-level communication.
