We are seeking an autonomous, highly organized Solo Digital Growth Specialist to completely own our visual brand and search engine visibility.
Operating as our one-person creative and technical powerhouse, you will lead the digital charge for our laundry and home care products.
You will be entirely responsible for taking visual designs from concept to publication directly inside our WordPress website, ensuring our product pages rank at the top of search engine results.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on complete ownership, loves balancing creative artistry with technical data, and knows the WordPress ecosystem inside and out. [1]
End-To-End Graphic Design & Branding
- Concept, design, and produce all digital visual assets entirely from scratch, including social media graphics, email campaign layouts, and ad creatives.
- Create high-converting web visuals and before-and-after graphics that clearly demonstrate product cleaning power and efficacy.
- Independently update and manage digital product mockups, e-commerce labels, and iconography (e.g., eco-friendly tags, scent indicators).
- Act as the sole guardian of our brand identity, ensuring 100% visual consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Wordpress & On-Page Seo Management
- Take complete ownership of our SEO roadmap, performing continuous keyword research focused on consumer pain points (e.g., "eco-friendly stain removal").
- Manage and execute all on-page optimizations inside WordPress using plugins like Yoast SEO or Rank Math (meta tags, internal linking, schema markup). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to self-diagnose and fix site errors, broken links, mobile responsiveness flaws, and slow page speeds.
- Set up, monitor, and report on traffic and rankings using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, pulling your own data-driven insights. [1]
Solo Execution & Wordpress Integration
- Manage the full deployment pipeline: design the asset, compress it for web performance, write the SEO alt-text, and upload/publish it directly via the WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg) or page builders.
- Turn common laundry and home care search trends into visually rich, SEO-optimized landing pages and infographics without needing outside development help.
- Prioritize and manage your own weekly task calendar to balance urgent creative requests with long-term organic search growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience independently managing *both* digital graphic design and SEO. Past experience as a freelancer or sole marketer is highly preferred.
- WordPress Expertise: Advanced proficiency managing WordPress sites, including theme configurations, page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.), and standard SEO/caching plugins.
- Design Independence: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, with the ability to produce polished work without a creative director's oversight.
- SEO Autonomy: Comprehensive, hands-on experience using Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to build and execute search strategies from scratch.
- Web Self-Sufficiency: Confident working directly inside Content Management Systems and executing basic HTML/CSS fixes.
- Core Solo Traits: Exceptional time management, radical accountability, and a proven track record of managing projects end-to-end without a team.
- Portfolio: A dual-threat portfolio showing standalone commercial designs alongside case studies of organic web traffic growth you personally generated.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
