Role Overview

As a Software Tester, you will play a vital role in the quality assurance process of our web and mobile software products. As part of our team in UAE, you'll work in a full-time ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with developers and product management teams to test features, identify issues, and contribute to a robust delivery process. Your expertise in .Net, API testing, and test automation will be pivotal to achieving exceptional product quality in an Agile development setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for web and mobile applications ensuring functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Perform API testing and identify integration issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, and integrate them with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Document and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with the development team for timely resolution.
• Work within Agile development methodologies to participate actively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrum meetings.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by sharing testing best practices and standards.

Must have requirements

• Experience testing web and mobile applications in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with .Net technologies.
• Proficient in performing API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Demonstrable experience integrating automated test suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Proficiency in Java programming for test automation.
