Software Solutions Pre-Sales Specialist
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities by understanding and analyzing customer requirements, designing appropriate technology solutions, delivering system demonstrations and technical presentations, and participating in the preparation of responses to government tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs/RFQs). The role aims to enhance the company's ability to win projects and achieve its sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customers' business, operational, and technical requirements and recommend suitable systems and technology solutions.
- Deliver system demonstrations and technical presentations, highlighting the operational and technical benefits of the company's solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals and tender response documents for government and enterprise opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs.
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop presentations, technical materials, and marketing content that support the company's products and solutions.
- Coordinate with development and implementation teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer requirements and project objectives.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during negotiations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Develop business process models and operational scenarios for proposed systems and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competing solutions, and contribute to product and service enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or consulting related to enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with enterprise, administrative, or government-oriented systems and solutions.
- Strong ability to prepare professional technical proposals and government tender response documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and meeting management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with government systems and solutions implemented in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures, tendering processes, and project acquisition practices.
- Strong proficiency in preparing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Workflow Management Systems, Asset Management, Facility Management, and Fleet Management solutions.
