The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our **ERP and software solutions**, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and networking
· Qualify inbound leads provided by the company
· Research potential clients and understand their business needs
· Conduct software presentations and demonstrations
· Follow up on leads and proposals to move deals forward
· Negotiate pricing and close the sales deal effectively
· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly targets
· Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of software sales experience in the UAE
· Good command over spoken and written **English, Hindi and Malayalam** are **mandatory**
· Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closures
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business, BCom or related field
· Knowledge of ERP, POS, or business software solutions is **mandatory**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
