Our digital capabilities are growing within the Completions, Intervention, & Measurement (CIM) segment within Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE). This portfolio of solutions drives performance across a wide range of activities, from analyzing and managing intelligent completion systems, to planning and executing plug & abandonment activities, to sensing and measurement activities like wireline logging and fiber optic monitoring, the CIM portfolio of digital solutions is growing, delivering value, and integrating into broader and more capable ecosystems both at our customers and within Baker Hughes’ digital portfolio.

As a

Software Sales Advisor

  • , you will be responsible for:
  • Developing, owning, and executing strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
  • Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Completions, Intervention & Measurement portfolio.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
  • Introducing technical sales representatives, solution architects, and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
  • Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
  • Manage multiple priorities and complex opportunities simultaneously with strong organizational discipline
  • Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to shape differentiated customer solutions
  • Be comfortable positioning digital and software-enabled solutions in a CIM context, such as completion performance monitoring, intervention planning and execution support, well integrity management, fiber-optic and wireline data visualization, analytics, and decision-support tools.
  • To be successful in this role:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Have previous experience in selling digital solutions or experience with digital software within completions and wellbore intervention, /wireline/well intervention/well integrity preferably for 5+ years
  • Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in completions and wellbore intervention, /wireline/well intervention/well integrity
  • Have previous experience in sales or business development within completions and wellbore intervention, /wireline/well intervention/well integrity for 5+ years
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the well lifecycle, from completion design and deployment through intervention, surveillance, remediation, and late-life / abandonment activities.
  • Possess working knowledge of downhole sensing, well integrity, and measurement technologies, and how these impact safety, reliability, reservoir insight, and production performance.
  • Show clear understanding of CIM system integration, including interfaces between downhole and surface equipment, data acquisition systems, and customer production/operations platforms.
  • Understand operator, service, and partner operating models, commercial drivers, and the role of standards and regulatory requirements in completion, intervention, measurement, and well-integrity programs.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness of customer operating models, competitive landscapes, and commercial drivers across completion, intervention, measurement, and production-optimization markets.
  • Exhibit excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
  • Show the ability to lead initiatives, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority
  • Be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
