Collaborate with software developers to understand project requirements and prepare test cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the development team.
Design and execute tests to assess functionality, usability, and performance, and help identify defects for correction.
Re-run tests to verify fixes and confirm software behavior.
Maintain test cases, scripts, reports, and documentation.
Participate in Agile Scrum and suggest continuous improvements.
Keep up with testing technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Two to four years of experience as a QA engineer or test engineer.
Experience in manual testing and automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Pytest.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Apache JMeter, or SoapUI.
Experience programming in Java and Python.
Experience planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and scripts.
Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Redmine, GitHub, or GitLab.
Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Kolkata-based candidates are preferred.
