Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–9 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Flexible scheduling depending on project deadlines and releases

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software project planning and execution
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate development, QA, and design teams
• Manage Agile or Waterfall project workflows
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments
• Conduct regular project meetings and status reports
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction

Skills for This Role

• Strong software project management experience
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding
• Budgeting and resource planning skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Technical understanding of software systems is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in software project or IT project management
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an advantage
