Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Flexible scheduling depending on project deadlines and releases
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software project planning and execution
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate development, QA, and design teams
- Manage Agile or Waterfall project workflows
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Conduct regular project meetings and status reports
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
Skills For This Role
- Strong software project management experience
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding
- Budgeting and resource planning skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Technical understanding of software systems is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in software project or IT project management
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an advantage
