About the role
The role is Account Advisor - Revenue Operations, supporting Trundl’s procurement domain.
The position liaises with channel partner licensing and sales contacts, customers, internal support teams, and external vendors.
The role supports the Revenue Operations and License Procurement teams and helps meet procurement and software licensing deadlines and schedules.
The Account Advisor supports license sales closures and complements the Sales team with data-driven business decision support.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end software license procurement and sales operations.
- Coordinate with customers, channel partner contacts, sales teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth licensing operations.
- Understand customer requirements, provide timely support, and build relationships across assigned regions.
- Manage individual and regional account operations, maintain service quality, and serve as the contact for licensing and sales operations queries.
- Support licensing process improvements and operational excellence.
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency in licensing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and business objectives.
Preferred qualifications
- Good communication and coordination abilities are preferred.
- Working effectively alongside multiple regional teams and across time zones is preferred.
- Understanding of regional customer engagement and operational coordination is an added advantage.
Schedule
- This is a night-shift role, with a night shift allowance provided.
