Software Engineering Senior Associate (Mainframe Developer)

Should be hands-on in the technical aspect who can independently drive solution design, analyze complex legacy applications, resolve critical production issues, provide technical guidance to development teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions.

Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2 (SQL, Stored Procedures, Package/Plan concepts), CICS, JCL, MQ and ChangeMan/Endevor.

Demonstrated experience in application design, debugging, impact analysis, and performance tuning.

Experience working with large-scale batch and online transactional systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers.

Experience with IBM MQ or other messaging technologies.

Experience with schedulers such as CA Scheduler, ESP, Control-M, or CA-7

Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and release management processes.

Experience with modernizing legacy mainframe applications and reducing technical debt.

Financial Services, Capital Markets, Banking, Clearing, or Settlement domain experience.(nice to have)
