Software Engineering Manager

You'll bring:

Experience delivering commercial software solutions using modern frameworks and contemporary software engineering practices.

Proven success leading and developing Software Engineers within a high-performing team environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with experience resolving complex technical challenges.

Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive application development principles.

Expertise in database design, schema architecture, performance tuning and query optimisation.

Experience designing, building and integrating APIs and distributed services.

A track record of delivering scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions in complex environments.

Experience integrating enterprise applications with third-party platforms and external services.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated deployment frameworks.

Experience supporting or leading platform modernisation, transformation or replatforming initiatives.

Experience leading and working with distributed or remote teams.
