About the role

What you'll do

• Lead engineering excellence, team development, technical direction, and production delivery.
• Shape reusable pipelines, tooling, build plugins, and frameworks that improve developer experience.
• Align platform work with company technical strategy and supported product needs.
• Manage and develop Staff and Senior Engineers; support recruitment and retention.
• Own hub OKRs, support engineering communities, and manage technical vendor relationships.

Who you are

• Previously worked as a hands-on senior software engineer, with experience across languages, systems, and technologies.
• Bring excellent knowledge of AI coding tools and agentic technologies.
• Have experience building and leading teams of senior software engineers.
• Understand system design, architecture, cloud, software engineering practices, testing, and reliability.
• Bring people-management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Promote DevOps practices and bring a servant-leadership mindset with a willingness to own problems.

Technology stack
