Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Align engineering solutions with technology strategy and application requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures that improve engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Take accountability for team-owned technology assets.
• Provide leadership to achieve effective design, configuration, implementation, and development of middleware and applications.
• Monitor supported assets for performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Maximize the operational, performance, and cost efficiency of application assets.

Required Technical Skills

• Java development with Spring Boot, React JS, OpenShift, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, and Oracle SQL.
• Jenkins, Git, Orchestrator, MQ, JBoss AS, batch processing, Drools, rule engines, and BAMOE.
• Agile methodology, Scrum team leadership, continuous integration, behavior- or test-driven development, and specification by example.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiation, interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.

Required Experience and Education

• 6–10 years of experience is required.
• Proven architecture, design, and development experience with large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• A bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area or equivalent work experience is required.

Desired Experience

• Healthcare experience is desirable.

Schedule

• The role is full-time and works 45 hours per week.
• Expected working overlap with IST hours is required as appropriate; the source lists 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST.
