Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems and align engineering solutions with technology strategy and application requirements.
• Plan procedures that improve engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and management of middleware and application assets.
• Maintain performance, availability, security, capacity, and cost efficiency of supported assets.
• Provide team leadership and accountability for technology assets.

Required Skills

• Java development with Spring Boot, React JS, OpenShift, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Git, MQ, JBoss Application Server, batch processing, Drools, rule engines, and BAMOE.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiation, interpersonal, relationship management, time management, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodology, including Scrum team leadership.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, behavior- or test-driven development, and specification by example.

Experience and Education

• 6–10 years of experience.
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business area, or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare experience is desired.

Schedule

• Full-time position working 45 hours per week.
• Expected work overlap with India Standard Time as appropriate; listed working hours are 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST.
