Software Engineer

Position Summary

What You Will Do

• Design and implement software from requirements through delivered product.
• Analyze, design, and implement software subsystems from high-level requirements.
• Analyze and improve system performance as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to support best practices and code quality.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, and HTML-based frameworks.
• Experience deploying software to Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Android Studio, object-oriented design, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and GitLab or another Git-based repository.

Work Authorization and Clearance

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be U.S. citizens.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret/TS/SCI clearance and undergo a federal background investigation.

Position Type and Hours

• This is a full-time exempt position with typical Monday through Friday hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Employees must be available for on-call work as business needs require.

Work Environment and Travel

• The job operates in an office setting.
• No travel is required.

Compensation

• Base pay range is $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually.
• Eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.
