Lead design, development, and enhancement of user interfaces while mentoring junior developers.
Create responsive, visually appealing interfaces and collaborate across functions to align UI design with business objectives.
Technical environment
- Listed technologies include Java, Git, ANT, Hibernate, REST API, ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Architecture includes scalable, resilient, secure multi-tenant monolithic applications and OCI cloud.
- Other listed technologies include Kubernetes, Kafka, RDBMS, and Jenkins.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Apply UI/UX principles focused on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing for high-quality, bug-free interfaces.
- Document design decisions, user flows, and code structure.
- Mentor junior developers and review code submissions for standards, quality, and performance.
- Ensure web standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks are met.
- Lead adoption of front-end technologies and continuous improvement of UI development.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers.
Candidate requirements
- 2–5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience includes UI testing and technical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers.
