Role Overview
UI-focused Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing responsive user interfaces.
The role includes mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align UI solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Write scalable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React code for responsive interfaces.
- Apply UI/UX principles covering accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Perform unit and user acceptance testing to deliver bug-free interfaces.
- Document design decisions, user flows, and code structure.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote UI best practices.
- Follow web standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.
- Adopt front-end technologies and drive continuous UI development improvement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with UI/UX design, accessibility, responsive interfaces, and performance optimization.
- Experience with interface testing, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Technical Environment
- Software includes Java, Git, Ant, Hibernate, REST APIs, ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- The environment includes scalable, resilient, secure multi-tenant architecture and OCI cloud architecture.
- Additional technologies include Kubernetes, Kafka, RDBMS, Jenkins, and automated development tooling.
