Software Engineer specializing in TIBCO application support, application management, and business integration.
Experience and technical requirements
- Requires 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO upgrades and support; middleware implementation or support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies.
- Strong background in application management, business integration, microservices, and distributed enterprise applications.
- Requires CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation experience, with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD given as examples.
- Requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms or OpenShift.
- Experience with integration-flow design, service specifications, and performance tuning is required.
- Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly recommended; Dynatrace monitoring knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills are required.

- Support and upgrade TIBCO applications and middleware.
- Implement and automate CI/CD pipelines.
- Design integration flows and service specifications; tune performance.
