What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain products and systems powering the core platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Participate in blueprinting, code reviews, and technical documentation.
What You'll Need
- Have 0-1 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Bring a growth mindset and curiosity about business context and user needs.
- Show strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with humility and openness to new ideas.
Technology Stack
- The technology stack includes React, React Native, Node, Express, MongoDB, Render, Check, Stripe, and TypeScript.
Hybrid Work Approach
- Employees within a reasonable commute of the San Francisco or New York City offices are expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
- The hybrid approach involves working in the office three days per week.
- Remote-listed roles and employees in cities without an office are not required to follow the hybrid schedule, though travel for onboarding and off-sites occurs a few times yearly.
