The New Grad Software Engineer will own meaningful customer-facing work, ship products, engage customers, and iterate quickly.
The Global Public Sector team applies AI to critical challenges and supports custom applications, training data, and advisory services.
Example projects
- Build reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines for frontier model development.
- Develop evaluation infrastructure for enterprise and public-sector model reliability.
- Ship observable, testable, and safe agentic AI applications and tooling.
- Build fraud detection, contributor quality, matching, and large-scale task systems.
- Develop AI infrastructure products, RAG customer service applications, and churn prediction integrations.
Required qualifications
- Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Product engineering experience with full-stack applications, APIs, services, customer interaction, and iteration.
- Previous Product or Software Engineering internship experience.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
- Experience building systems that process large volumes of data.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems from internships, research, or personal projects.
- Open source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
