Role Overview

Potential Duties and Projects

• Write optimized, secure, and scalable code using practices such as unit testing and code reviews.
• Develop solutions supporting product and technology objectives.
• Build end-to-end technology solutions that address business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues using root cause analysis.
• Use emerging technologies, including generative AI tools, to support everyday work.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Graduation date between May 2026 and August 2027.
• Less than six months of relevant work experience.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; Visa will not sponsor work visas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more languages including Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Go.
• Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with automation tools, REST APIs, and test frameworks such as Selenium.
• Exposure to AWS, MySQL, or Power BI.
• Understanding of generative AI tools and concepts, including integration and prompt design.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, testing, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, learning, collaboration, adaptability, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated salary for a new hire is $108,160 USD per year.

Work Hours and Travel
