Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives

Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and development standards

Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance customer experience

Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs

Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical skills

4+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications

Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs) is a strong plus but not required

Proven experience writing production-quality code in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

Track record of designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating systems through web services

Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Background in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance

Experience with version control systems and modern development tools and practices

History of successfully learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms
