The role
Full-stack engineering role building production AI agents for enterprise customers.
Work closely with customers, with a short feedback loop between software and users’ day-to-day work.
The role is full-time, onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
What you will do
- Build production agents embedded in Teams, Slack, intranets, voice lines, and email that take actions in enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday.
- Own discovery, development, evaluation, launch, and ongoing reliability improvements across the agent lifecycle.
- Work with enterprise leaders to understand processes and determine what should be an agent, a workflow, or remain human-led.
- Feed field learnings into the platform through connectors, agent primitives, and tooling developed with product and platform engineering.
- Write Go and Python, design schemas, build evaluations, and present solutions to senior executives.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including algorithms and data modeling, and comfort with multiple languages, especially Python and Go.
- Problem-solving ability in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and a high-agency approach to shipping work.
- Comfort working directly with customers and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional strengths
- Production LLM experience and evaluation expertise are advantageous.
- Familiarity with agent tooling, RAG pipelines, MCP, and prompt engineering is advantageous.
- Founder or founding-engineer experience is advantageous.
- Enterprise application integration, authentication, distributed global teams, and multi-tenant SaaS experience are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as $61,400–$145,000 per year.
- Compensation depends on factors including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; some roles may offer variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
