Develop and advance DYMATRIX enterprise marketing automation software used by customers to manage digital campaigns across customer touchpoints.

Technology stack
- Backend: C# with .NET and .NET Core; frontend: React and TypeScript.
- CI/CD uses Azure DevOps; cloud environments include Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- The role also references Git, test plans, build and release options, and Claude Code.
Your mission
- Mentor colleagues and foster continuous learning and technical excellence within the development team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and practices, shape technical direction, and lead architectural decisions and complex problem-solving.
- Own cross-cutting initiatives and support long-term scalability, maintainability, and quality of software.
- Build complex C#/.NET systems and advance agentic coding and AI-driven development.
- Manage work from conception and development through system integration, using Azure DevOps options for version management, testing, builds, and releases.
- Develop cloud-based web applications with real-time requirements and enable hosting on Azure and AWS.
- Contribute to design, planning, estimates, and code reviews; advise a team that includes product, development, SQA, and helpdesk colleagues.
Your profile
- Excellent C# skills and deep knowledge of modern software design and object-oriented principles.
- Strong experience with relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native applications.
- Solid working knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment.
- Expertise in current .NET versions and legacy .NET Framework.
- Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, plus strong written and spoken English.
