The IT & AI Specialist manages day-to-day IT needs and identifies ways to use AI and automation to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and streamline business operations.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, email, and other IT systems; install, configure, maintain, and update software and hardware.
- Provide employee technical support and resolve day-to-day IT issues; manage email accounts, user access, backups, data security, and basic cybersecurity.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms; identify repetitive processes for improvement or automation.
- Develop and implement AI-powered workflows and business automation for spreadsheets, reports, documents, emails, data entry, and administrative processes.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems where practical; research and recommend AI and software solutions to improve operations.
- Help departments adopt AI tools securely; create prompts, templates, workflows, and documentation, and train employees on new technology.
- Document IT systems, access procedures, software licenses, and equipment; coordinate with external IT and software vendors.
- Support websites, cloud systems, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and other business applications where applicable.
Candidate requirements
- Previous professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience with AI tools and AI-based automation is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of APIs, Python, databases, or scripting is an additional advantage.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access control, and data protection.
- Ability to research and implement new technologies independently; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical and AI concepts to non-technical employees.
- Two or more years of IT experience is preferred; AI and automation experience is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person; the job listing states the location as UAE.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
