We are developing software products and platforms for the safety sector, designed to serve organizations across the region.
We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build our first product from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship the first product end-to-end — back-end, front-end, and database
- Own the technical architecture and key engineering decisions
- Build and integrate APIs (internal and third-party)
- Set up deployment, environments, and basic DevOps
- Grow into a technical lead as the product and team scale
Requirements
- 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a proven track record of shipping complete products end-to-end — ideally as the sole or lead builder
- Back-end: building REST APIs and services in a modern language (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#)
- Front-end: a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular) with responsive UI
- Databases: relational and NoSQL, plus integrating third-party APIs
- Comfortable with Git and deploying/maintaining applications independently
- Nice to have
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience building AI or data-driven features
