Job Summary
Develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Contribute to end-to-end implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and technical delivery.
Technical Delivery and Development
- Develop CRM customizations using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Participate in requirements analysis, fit/gap workshops, technical reviews, estimation, and planning.
- Design scalable CRM applications and product enhancements.
- Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and code reviews.
Integration and Support
- Work with Dataverse and SQL Server on data management and migration.
- Support APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps integrations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide customer training and support.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Technical Expertise
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Experience with plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience and Qualifications
- Approximately 2–4 or more years of experience in the Microsoft stack.
- At least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Participation in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications including PL-400, MB-210, MB-230, or MB-910 are preferred.
