Role overview

Design and build systems that enable people to connect to their finances.

Work across backend services and APIs, and collaborate across engineering, product, and design.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend or full-stack systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate to define and deliver features that solve customer problems.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and participate in reviews.
  • Build automated tests, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, share best practices, and improve development practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of software engineering experience after an internship.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship reliable systems or features at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and growth orientation.

Compensation and benefits

  • Compensation range is $176.4K–$226.8K; the pay cadence is not stated.
  • Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission, depending on the position.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
