Software Engineer, Associate

Description

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain product modules for web applications.
• Participate in daily scrums and communicate progress clearly.
• Use AI-assisted software development for coding, testing, documentation, analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Review AI-generated code, tests, documentation, and recommendations for accuracy, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, product, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Learn new tools and product areas while following team standards and seeking feedback.

Basic Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of software development experience or equivalent hands-on training in relevant technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge or training in Angular 20 or above, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Ability to write, understand, and troubleshoot basic application code and database queries.
• Basic understanding of secure coding, web applications, REST APIs, database concepts, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and critically review their output.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, debugging, problem-solving, learning, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud services and modern web application development is preferred.
• Training, certification, internship, or project experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Microsoft technologies, AWS, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to security, enterprise applications, multi-tenant SaaS, or on-premises enterprise software is advantageous.
