Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# and WPF.
• Implement client-server communication using WCF, TCP/IP, and other protocols.
• Develop and integrate low-level hardware control interfaces through TCP/IP, serial, and other protocols.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration.
• Contribute to improvements in software architecture and development processes.
• Travel internationally to customer sites at least 20% of the time, with additional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with WPF for GUI design and implementation.
• Proficiency with client-server communication technologies such as WCF and TCP/IP.
• Experience interfacing with hardware through communication protocols.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Git.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with metrology tools and SEMI industry standards is a plus.

Compensation and Growth

• Base salary range is $86,400.00 to $129,600.00 per year, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
