Responsibilities
- Support Traffic Management Solutions: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of solutions to manage network traffic efficiently.
- Optimize Network Operations: Contribute to improving efficiency and performance.
- Develop High-Performance Applications: Utilize C++ and Go to support the creation of robust applications.
- Manage Scalability on Kubernetes: Help deploy and oversee scalable systems, focusing on Kubernetes CNI, IPAM and Service Mesh management.
- Implement CI/CD Processes: Integrate and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure efficient development and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions and learn from senior engineers.
- Contribute to Open-Source Projects: Participate in projects to keep eBay at the forefront of technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years in networking and traffic management.
- Proficiency in C++ and Go, Kubernetes, Kubernetes CNI, and IPAM management.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical Skills

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Envoy for traffic management.
