Key Responsibilities

• Code critical sections and key product features.
• Lead and solve key technical challenges in the overall system.
• Collaborate with architects on low-level design documents.
• Rearchitect existing algorithms and implementations.
• Perform code reviews and provide healthy peer feedback.
• Mentor and technically guide team members.
• Promote strong technical practices and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Use simulations for functional performance and monitor technology trends and relevant open-source projects.
• Translate business requirements into product features.

Must-Have Requirements

• B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., or M.S. degree from a premier institute.
• At least 6 years of work experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and implementing non-trivial software systems using multiple processes, threads, or IPC.
• Development experience with Java, Python, Golang, or Erlang.
• Experience with microservices, REST API integration, and high-scale systems.
• Good RDBMS and SQL skills, plus understanding of scalable architecture.
• Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented design, frameworks, algorithms, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to serverless technologies.
• Exposure to databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Python or shell scripting.
• Knowledge of time-series databases such as InfluxDB.
