Software Development Engineer II - Frontend

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build efficient, reusable, scalable web applications focused on excellent customer experience.
• Design dynamic, intuitive, compelling user experiences.
• Architect, develop, and test interactive frontend applications and reusable components using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Identify and communicate frontend architecture and development best practices.
• Participate in all software development life-cycle phases as part of a Scrum team.
• Own the quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability of products and code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers; participate in design and code reviews.
• Adopt emerging web standards and continuously improve the product experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, React Query, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms; in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, maintainable, high-performance code for interactive UI components.
• Understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and API integration.
