Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end backend and frontend features that impact customer revenue.
- Work with design, product, and go-to-market teams to ship features from idea to production.
- Translate calls, scheduling, and dispatch workflows into scalable systems.
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer velocity.
- Engage directly with customers and iterate based on product usage.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience building and shipping products.
- Strong fundamentals across backend and frontend systems.
- High ownership and ability to resolve open-ended problems without waiting for specifications.
- Curiosity about real business operations and ability to move quickly without compromising important quality.
