Role Description
•Lead complete software programme lifecycle from requirements definition through vehicle launch.•Develop and manage programme pla ns, milestones, release schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.•Drive gateway readiness reviews and ensure successful achievem ent of programme milestones.•Establish governance structures for risk, issue, dependency, and change management.•Monitor KPIs re lated to quality, cost, timing, and software maturity.Automotive Software & ECU Management•Manage delivery of embedded software f or multiple ECUs and vehicle functions.•Oversee ECU integration, software releases, code drops, build management, and deployment p lanning.•Coordinate software feature implementation, validation, and defect resolution activities.•Ensure alignment between soft ware, hardware, systems engineering, and validation teams.•Drive software maturity and vehicle integration readiness.Technical Le adership•Provide leadership onoEmbedded C
